What is your minimum order quantity?

For screen printing, our minimum is $500. Heat transfers have no minimum, making them a great option for small runs or one-off pieces. Embroidery minimums vary by item — contact us for details.

How do I place an order?

The easiest way is to stop by our shop at 250 Potrero St Suite A during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm), give us a call at 831-475-1606, or send us a message through our contact form. We'll walk you through the process from start to finish.

Question 3

Can I order just one shirt?

Accepted Answer

For screen printing, we require a minimum of $500. However, heat transfers are available with no minimum, so a single piece is absolutely possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

We do our best to accommodate tight timelines. Contact us as early as possible and let us know your deadline — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Question 5

Do I need to provide print-ready artwork?

Not at all. If you have a rough idea, a sketch, or even just a description, our in-house design team can create print-ready artwork for you. We'll send you a proof for approval before anything goes to print. Art fees will apply if your artwork is not print ready.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the cleanest results. We can also work with high-resolution raster files (300 dpi or higher). If you're unsure about your file, just send it over and we'll let you know.

Question 7

How many colors can I have in my design?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing supports up to 8 colors per design. Keep in mind that each color requires its own screen, which affects pricing. Heat transfers support full-color and photographic designs with no color limit.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes, always. We send a digital proof for your approval before we print anything. Nothing goes to press without your sign-off.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are completed within 10-14 business days after artwork approval. Turnaround can vary depending on order size and our current production schedule. We'll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the number of pieces, number of print colors, garment type, and print location(s). Generally, the more pieces you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us with your project details for an accurate quote.

Do you provide garments, or do I supply my own?

We can supply garments for you — we work with a wide range of brands and styles. You're also welcome to supply your own blanks. Just check with us first to make sure they're compatible with our printing process.

What is the difference between screen printing and heat transfers?

Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen directly onto the garment — it's durable, vibrant, and cost-effective for larger runs. Heat transfers use a printed film applied with heat and pressure, making them ideal for small runs, full-color designs, or items that can't be screen printed.

What items can be embroidered?

Almost anything with a stable surface — hats, polos, jackets, bags, towels, and more. Embroidery adds a premium, professional look that holds up exceptionally well over time.

Can you prepare just a screen or film for me to print myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Film & Screen service is perfect for DIY printers, artists, and hobbyists. We can prepare film positives or a finished, coated screen ready for you to take away and print with.
